Trevor lives in Listowel with his three children and partner-in-crime, his wife Jill.

Day job - owner of a construction company in Walkerton, ON.

Member of the Canadian Baseball Team 1992-93 and Fastball All-World Team in 1992-94.

Coaches hockey and baseball – recently coached the Listowel Senior Legionnaires and won the OBA Championship in 2019.

Jill lives in Listowel with her three children and is the better half to her husband, Trevor.

Graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Recreation and Leadership and from Humber College with a Pharmacy Technician diploma.

A softball and hockey fan, with a love for her community.

Karen Cameron
Operations Manager

Karen was born and raised in Monkton, now resides in Waterloo.

Attended Humber College and obtained a diploma in Recreational Leadership.

A huge sports enthusiast – has played basketball, soccer, softball, and badminton at all levels for 25 years.

Former member of the Kitchener Civitans Fastball Club where she won the Canadian Championship.

When Karen isn’t on Campus, you can find her watching hockey – she is a BIG fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs (they will win the cup one day!).

Bryce grew up outside of Listowel and now resides here with his wife Katie

Bryce is a graduate of the Recreation & Sport Business program at the University of Waterloo where he also minored in Human Resource Management & Event Management

When Bryce isn’t on Campus, you can find him playing soccer, skiing, camping, or watching professional soccer games

Kelsey Walker

Kelsey grew up and still lives in the Moorefield area.

Kelsey went to school in Hamilton for Psychology & Social Work.

Kelsey has played a variety of sports! Soccer, basketball, and broomball are her forte!

When she is not on campus, Kelsey enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Kelsey hopes to curate great experiences on campus and looks forward to seeing everyone in action!

Nancy lives in Listowel and is a Mom of three boys.

She formerly worked in the financial industry and recently retired.

Maddox Brennan

Maddox grew up in Listowel, and currently attends the University of Waterloo in the Recreation & Sport Business program.

Maddox grew up playing minor hockey and soccer in Listowel, and currently trains Muay Thai.

When he's not on campus, he is watching MMA highlights, hanging out with friends, or training!
Maddox hopes to strengthen BTL's community connection & make youth program participants excited to be on campus!

Reece Reading

Reece attends the University of Arkansas at Monticello where he majors in Health and Physical Education – he hopes to pursue his Masters in Coaching.

A sports fanatic, with a passion for baseball.

Played 3 years with the Ontario Blue Jays; currently plays for the University of Arkansas at Monticello varsity baseball team, where he hopes to help the team win their 5th GAC Championship.
-
Highly skilled and has a range of athletic accomplishments - won 2 CPBL Championships; 2nd Team All Region x2; and, 3rd All-Time in RBI’s in a single season at Three Rivers Community College.
Reece is one of our baseball coaches and is excited to welcome everyone on Campus.

Sara Reading

Sara attends Fanshawe College in the Medical Radiation program and plays on the Fanshawe Falcons Softball Team.

An elite athlete, she is highly skilled in both softball and hockey. Most recently played hockey for the Saugeen Maitland Lightening.
-
A strong performance record – Grand Valley Champion; Lower Lake Female Hockey League Champion; and, OWHA Champion.
-
A fond sport memory of Sara's is when she went on a softball exchange to BC with Coach Cathy!
Sara is a friendly face on Campus that will always be willing to assist you - she is one of our stellar baseball fanatics!

Nathan Toews

Nathan attends the University of Waterloo in the Recreation and Sports Business program, with a minor in Event Management.

Loves to learn about any sport there is and how sport can be used to bring people together.

Nathan plays any sport there is, hockey, volleyball, basketball, baseball, Spikeball, badminton, golf and is currently learning how to play pickleball.
-
When he is not on campus, you can find him watching the NHL or NBA, hanging out with friends, or playing Spikeball.

Cathy Bitton

Cathy lives in Listowel with her husband Greg - together they have three children! She previously worked for a local school as an EA.

Cathy obtained her Director of Recreation Diploma from Conestoga College.

A huge sports fan - specifically volleyball, badminton, and figure skating. She can often be found as a back-up singer to a local band.

When Cathy isn't on Campus, you can find her cheering on the Jays and Raptors!
Cathy is our badminton expert! She is available on Campus to greet you and assist with all of your needs.

Leah McDonald

Leah grew up in Wellsley, Ontario and is beginning her studies to become a nurse

She is passionate about playing soccer, volleyball and basketball - and everything in between.

When Leah isn't on Campus, you can find her on the ski slopes in winter or backcountry camping in the summer.
Stop by Campus to be greeted by Leah's friendly face - she can't wait to show you around.

Daphnie More

Grew up in Palmerston and is completing her fifth year at Norwell DSS. She hopes to pursue social sciences during her post-secondary studies.

She plays competitive softball for the Palmerston Marlins and won a national gold metal and several provincial titles!

When she's not on Campus, you can find her with family and friends!

Riley Vader

Grew up in Listowel and played rep for the Listowel Cyclones

Hailie Fischer
-
Hailie grew up in Listowel with a passion for softball, hockey, badminton, tennis, and golf.

Played softball for LMBA before playing competitively with the Palmerston Marlins where she won a National Gold Medal and multiple Provincial titles.
-
In hockey, Hailie has a Grand Valley League Championship and a Lower Lakes Female Hockey League Championship to her name.
-
Hailie has also found success in badminton where she captured a bronze and gold medal at the WOSSA level.
Hailie is sports fanatic who is excited to make your experience on campus the best!
