Discover the perfect balance in our mat pilates class for beginner and intermediates. Katie, a certified instructor, leads the session with a combination of foundational exercises with progressive challenges to enhance core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Pilates
Challenge your body and mind with this full body yoga flow class. Combining Vinyasa inspired movements along with mobility and mindfulness, this class will build endurance, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and focused.
Yoga
6 Week Session Beginning November 12th

Chair Yoga
Brianne Donegan
Experience this gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for support and balance. Brianne will guide you through techniques that will center and balance the body and mind, followed by a yoga flow that will leave your body feeling relaxed, loose, and toned.
