Pilates

Pilates- Discover the perfect balance in our mat Pilates class for beginners and intermediates. Led by a certified instructor, the session combines foundational exercises with progressive challenges to enhance core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Join us for a harmonious blend of controlled movements and breath work, creating a supportive environment for both newcomers and those looking to deepen their practice. Sculpt your muscles, improve posture, and leave feeling rejuvenated.​

GentleFlow, PowerFlow, & Chair Yoga

Yoga Flow - This class will make you feel centered and balanced with a calming warmup to prepare your body for a quick-moving yoga flow that will raise your heart rate with yoga poses that will tone and strengthen the muscles in your body. Finishing off with a calm cooldown and meditation with the incorporation of essential oils that will leave you feeling at peace with your body and mind.

Chair Yoga - Experience this gentle form of yoga using a chair while you are seated or for balance. Brianne will guide you through breathing techniques that will center and balance the body and mind, followed by a yoga flow that will leave your body feeling relaxed, loose, and toned. Close the class connecting with your breath through meditation with incorporation of essential oils.​

DROM

What to Expect:

Join us on May 9th for another iteration of this fan favourite event on Campus! DROM is a unique combination of drumming (the DRUM) and meditation (the OM) designed to energize, relieve stress, bring clarity and calm – all while having fun drumming on an exercise balls. Get your body in rhythm with your mind by experiencing the power of DROM! Afterwards, you are invited for snacks and beverages with a group of empowering women!
