CrossFit Class Schedule
Length - 1 hour including warm up, movement demo, stretch
CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.
CrossFit uses a combination of strength, cardio, gymnastics and plyometric training. The wide variety of workouts will keep you from feeling bored, and will improve your strength, stamina, balance, coordination and agility.
The classes will also keep you feeling excited, motivated and accountable.
Open Gym Access
Length - 1 hour increments
Open gym is an option for members only that allows you to train on your own outside of class times. We know that the scheduled class times may not work for everyone, so this option allows you some flexibility.
Length - 1 hour
This 1 hour block of training is perfect for you if you are new member to CrossFit.
Here you will learn the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. The movements will be broken down, and built upon. When you finish you will have an understanding of all the movements and how to regress or progress then based on you and where you are currently at.
Team fitness training tailored to your team sport & needs. Work with our skilled trainers to improve your team fitness. Packages can incorporate a facility rental as desired. Contact us to learn more.

This 1 hour training block is customized to your wants, needs and goals.
This can be a great way to start, but also a great tool if you are looking to up your game and have specific things you want to improve on.
