Erin Veitch - Lead Trainer
Founder & CEO
My name is Erin and I am in love with all things fitness!
I found my love for fitness many years ago after having my 2 kids, and wanting to shed some weight, but also to take time for me, and I started to realize when I felt better I did better! I truly believe working out has gotten me through many different stages of life, and it has given me the strength and confidence to become who I am today!
Over the years I have taken many courses AND workshops, and obtained many certifications such as:
First aid and CPR
DTS Conditioning Coach
GGS Pre and Post Natal
CrossFit Level 1 (CFL1)
I have also had the opportunity to work with many 1:1 Pt clients, small and large groups, and teams.
I can't wait to work with everyone at BTL Crossfit!
Adrian Knight - Lead Trainer
As a human, health is not my life but I do understand movement is medicine. I had the pleasure of being born with not the best genetics, and a lifestyle that left me with plenty of opportunity in the realm of weight loss and gaining strength. I started my journey at 26 as a video game warrior with a past of addiction. Now I get the pleasure of being a family man who happens to be able to pick up a lot of weight, move fast, and still get to enjoy my video games. Focusing on my health has kept me alive..literally.
As a coach I believe my strongest skill is to stay open minded. If someone asked me what I do I would say I’m a problem solver. If someone asked me for my qualifications I would say I wear several hats. I’m certified in fascial stretch and trigger point modalities. My main background is in Darby Training Systems. As for nutrition I’m Precision Nutrition certified.
Some other main ones are; CrossFit Lv1, Olypmic Lifting, TRX Suspension Training, Lower Back Specialist, CHEK Primal Movements, Pre and Post Natal, and of course my basics - First Aid/CPR and CanFitPro.
