Amanda Steeper - Head Coach
I have been an active person for as long as I can remember. I walked into my first CrossFit Box on April 1, 2017. Being introduced to CF changed my life in so many positive ways. Shortly after attending classes, I went for my CF-L1 in October 2018. I was blown away by the methodology and everything CrossFit has to offer. Once I started coaching classes I knew that I had found my life’s passion.
My goal as a coach is to help individuals unleash their potential, to live an extraordinary life and thrive! No matter what your previous fitness experience is, I am here to be part of the journey. I love helping members chase down individual goals and achieve what they didn’t think was possible.
Life has its ups and downs for everyone, but CrossFit has always been a constant on the hard days.
Come join the classes at BTL CrossFit! You’ll
be glad you did!
I have always been an active person, even though I never played high level sports, I always strived to be the best athlete I could be and that is what really drew me into CrossFit. As a competitive person, CrossFit has allowed me the outlet to stay fit while also feeding my competitive spirit. It is not all about the points, it has allowed me to learn new skills that I thought were out of reach when I started, learn the importance of nutrition and mobility, despite the image of crushing yourself every workout. As a first responder, my fitness carries over to so many aspects of my life that it's no longer just a hobby but a requirement and CrossFit keeps me where I need to be! After attending my Level 1 in 2022, I found an even deeper appropriation for the CrossFit methodology, it's for everyone no matter your current fitness level or ability. The magic is in the movement, the art is in the programming, the science is In the explanation, and the fun is in the community!
