About Coach Muffin

Lyn, also know as Coach Muffin, has been a personal trainer, group instructor and running coach for 6 years now. She now owns Coach Muffin Personal Training. Her goal is to push her clients in a space that feels safe and authentic, and allow them to find joy in movement! She lives in North Perth with her two girls and loves tacos, adventures and the Green Bay Packers. Community and inclusion are important parts of her life. She’s a high school cross country coach who’s been known to bribe her runners with baked squash and a member of the Character Run committee. Lyn looks forward to meeting you in her classes or through personal training!

Workout
Core & Cardio

What to expect:

Meet Lyn on the field for a spicy start to your week. This class breaks up cardio bursts with core work. Bring a mat, water and a towel! 

When:

Monday Mornings @ 6:00 am

12-Week Session beginning on

Running
Full Body

What to expect:

On the upstairs turf, we will have you sweating though a workout designed for all levels of fitness! Water, a mat and a towel would be great to bring with you!

When:

Wednesday Evening @ 6:00 pm

Monday Evening @ 6:00 pm (starting May 30)

Drop-In Fee - $15 (+HST) per session

Freestyle Fridays

What to expect:

Fridays are made for free styling! So, join Lyn on the field and be prepared for anything as we head into the weekend! Being prepared means hydration, a mat and a towel!

When:

Friday Mornings @ 6:00 am

Fitness
Full Body Tabata

What to expect:

This high intensity class on the upstairs turf will have you pushing your own limits as we push through short, intense periods of work! As always, bring your mat, water and a towel!

Saturday Mornings @ 9:15 am

Baby Friendly Bootcamp

What to expect:

Open to all, this daytime Bootcamp doesn’t require you to have a baby but to be aware that babies are as welcome to join as the adults. This high energy class will have you sweating and connecting with others! Join Coach Muffin on the courts at BTL where there’s room for strollers and little legs that want to run! Be sure to bring a mat and water.

When:

Thursdays @ 12:00 pm

10-Week session beginning on April 21st

Personal Training

What to expect:

Join Coach Muffin for personal training or grab a couple friends for small group training with up to 3 participants!

Cost:

4 Session Package - $70 (+HST) per session

12 Session Package - $65 (+HST) per session

24 Session Package - $60 (+HST) per session

52 Session Package - $55 (+HST) per session

Learn to Run

What to expect:

Lyn’s learn to run program is a non intimidating way to work towards that 5km run goal! This interval based program is designed for beginners and will have you running with a group on Monday evenings. You’ll then have 2 runs to do independently later that week. BTL’s beautiful indoor track will ensure we always have a space to run but please always come prepared to run indoors or out! Clean running shoes for indoors are a requirement! Spaces are limited and the program finishes up just in time for the Community of Character run month!
